satisfactory stay
thorough tour speakeasy sushi unwelcoming staff missing teabags
the tour of the hotel was thorough. i especially enjoyed the breakfast at lilōu and the hidden speakeasy sushi bar. the classic room seemed perfect for a relaxing stay.
the front desk staff was not cute. there was no smile or greeting during check-in. room service did not provide tea bags even after requests.

attentive staff art selection breakfast items
I appreciated the attentive staff . There was a beautiful art selection throughout the hotel. The breakfast items offered a great variety of choices. I also found the gym facilities to be well-equipped.

friendly staff amazing brunch creepy corridor low water pressure
The staff was lovely. They cared about my experience. i also loved the various restaurants available. Lilōu had an AMAZING brunch!!!
the hotel is old, and the corridors felt a little creepy. i also noticed the water pressure wasn't the best in the bathrooms. :(
